Two fold user base

Any enterprise works on two set of individuals; thought oriented and action oriented. Thought oriented usually form part of Top management, whereas action oriented fit into Middle or Lower level management. CaseDiary provides for Management User for the thought oriented and Advocate user for the action oriented. There is of course one admin user for customizing the features and functionalities to suit the enterprise.

Non Litigation :

Non-litigation has become very important aspect in recent liberal econ omy. This feature helps the user to add Non-Litigation information, like arbitration, agreements, committee enquiries, etc.

Case Details :

Case Details option lets you add and track the regular litigation. It allows user to attach stakeholders, extra advocates, extra acts, extra party, important case. This helps to keep the related information for ready reference in regards with a particular litigation.

Proceedings :

This caters specifically to tracking of the case. The user can update the litigation proceedings utilizing comprehensive options available. Even the litigation fee can be entered and calculated automatically and invoices generated. Even after the case is disposed, it can be tracked for reference. Transferring of a matter from one manager to another also can be done.

Scheduling Event :

This is very handy feature for any manager. It provides for managing your schedule relating to you litigations. Your phone calls, appointments, meetings, reminders, personal visits, letters to be drafted, case reviews to be made, documentation to be done and other related activities to a litigation could be easily scheduled. Alerts are seen on the dashboard as soon as you logging prompting you todays engagements. You can also view upcoming events scheduled in future.

Uploading documents :

The document option lets you upload the orders and other documents related to a litigation. Ready documents that are needed to be filed in court often can be kept ready using the “form printing” option. This option is totally automated. User has to just enter the details in the fields provided, they are automatically fetched to present the fully drafted document in front of you for printing. Case notes as well can be added for respective litigation.
                 Under the document feature, very important feature is that of Balance Sheet. This option shows the exact number of litigation                     pending Advocate-wise, Court-wise and Client-wise. This is a perfect aid for decision making.

Messaging :

This is intra messaging. User can message to any user and can receive messages from any user.

Board Mailing :

Board mailing feature lets the user mail the cases in next three days. It allows the administration to ensure that the next three days cases are viewable by users that are chosen.

Website Management :

Here, the user can chose template for the front page. Matter to the web links namely, home, about us, contact us, feedback can be added. Suitable photo for the front page can also be put. Regular happenings in the enterprise can be put through the news feature under website management.
